This report is in development. We track pricing informally today through our own listings and locality guides, but a proper index needs a methodology and a real transaction/listing dataset behind it before it's worth publishing as a number you can rely on. We'd rather ship this late and correct than early and misleading.

What this index will cover, once live

The planned Jaipur Property Index will track indicative price-per-sq.yd. and price-per-sq.ft. movement over time, broken down by the locality corridors we already cover — Ajmer Road, Jagatpura, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar, Tonk Road, Sirsi Road, and emerging locations as they mature. The goal is a directional, quarter-over-quarter view of where each corridor is heading, not a single "correct" price for any property.

What it will be built from

  • Verified listing data from properties we ourselves market and track
  • Publicly available registered transaction data, where accessible
  • Periodic ground-truth checks against actual developer and resale pricing in each corridor

What it explicitly won't be

Not a substitute for an independent property valuation on any specific transaction, and not a guarantee of future price movement — real estate pricing is local down to the individual plot and project, and any index necessarily smooths over that variation.

In the meantime

Our Price Guide, By Locality gives current indicative rate ranges today, and our team can share what we're seeing directly in specific corridors — often more current than a published index would be anyway.
