When you submit an enquiry form, download our buyer's guide, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about your property requirements (type, location, budget, timeline). We do not ask for or store payment information on this website.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city-level), device type, and general behaviour. This data is aggregated and not tied to your name or contact details.

2. How we use it

Information submitted through our forms is used to contact you about the property enquiry you made, send the resources you requested (like the buyer's guide), and — if you opt into our newsletter — send periodic market updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Where it's stored

Enquiry and newsletter data is stored in a private Google Sheet, accessible only to the Yash Terra team, via a Google Apps Script integration. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's own privacy terms.

4. Cookies

This site uses cookies for essential site function, plus (only if you accept our cookie banner) Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement and remarketing. Analytics and advertising cookies default to off until you choose "Accept All" on the banner shown on your first visit — see our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your choice. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to function normally without them.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at contact@yashterra.co.in. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing us directly.

6. Third-party links

Property pages on this site may link to developers' own websites or to government portals (like the Rajasthan RERA website). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.
